Best real estate media software for brokerages (2026)
Compare real estate media software for brokerage ordering, payment arrangements and listing consistency.
Full disclosure: We build Vremly. These are editorial recommendations based on published product documentation, not an independent hands-on benchmark. We say when another product is a better fit. An unverified capability is a question for a demo, not a missing-feature claim.
| Product | Best for | Pricing / what to verify |

Who orders and who pays may be different people
Brokerages often want consistent packages without forcing every agent to use the same payment arrangement. Some orders are agent-paid, some company-paid, and some involve both. Verify how the platform represents those relationships before choosing based on a portal screenshot.
The second issue is adoption. If your preferred media company already runs a dependable ordering system, a separate brokerage portal can add friction. Invite that company into the evaluation and make the responsibilities clear.
1.Spiro
- Best for
- Brokerage ordering and payment arrangements
- Price
- $5 per completed job; standalone delivery pages also count as usage. No advance credits. Confirm currency and separate processing costs.
Its published brokerage tools include company-specific order pages and agent/company invoicing. Ask it to reproduce the actual arrangement in your brokerage.
Spiro is built around the real estate media job: service bundles, scheduling, shoot-day coordination, delivery and client payments. Its published pricing is a flat job fee rather than a percentage of your invoice.
Spiro is a useful cost benchmark when you want a published flat completed-job fee. Compare its $5 job fee with Vremly Free at $0/month plus 3%, or Teams at $99/month plus 1.5%. Annual Teams costs $948/year. Include extras and card fees. Neither model is cheaper for every studio.
Watch out for: Its fee is triggered by completed field jobs and standalone delivery pages, not simply successful payment. Model cancellations, duplicate listings and delivery-only work using its billing rules before assuming every month equals jobs multiplied by five.

- Best for
- Listing media within a Zillow-facing ecosystem
- Price
- Aryeo Pro: $49, $99 or $179/month for 100, 250 or 500 annual listings respectively; Enterprise custom. Confirm currency and current limits.
Evaluate it if the brokerage already relies on Aryeo-facing photographer tools. Verify account roles and what each agent can access.
Aryeo combines ordering, scheduling, file delivery and property websites. Its published Pro plans use annual listing and team-member limits, so the right tier depends on more than this month's shoots.
Choose Aryeo when photographer branding and HD photos on Zillow are central to your business. Its native Aryeo Go app is available on iOS and Android, making it a practical shortlist choice for a mixed-device crew.
Watch out for: Check the annual listing allowance and seat limit before comparing a monthly price. Vremly's capture workflow is a different proposition; an Aryeo media-delivery account should not be assumed to replace a dedicated measurement and capture tool.
Visit Aryeo →3.HDPhotoHub
- Best for
- Consistent ordering and marketing deliverables
- Price
- Request current pricing for your delivery, marketing and business-tool configuration. We have not verified a comparable all-in total.
Use a sample brokerage package to test service selection, special client pricing and the resulting marketing kit.
HDPhotoHub brings media sales, scheduling, payment-gated downloads and marketing materials together. Its public feature catalog includes service areas, team reporting and multiple payment options.
HDPhotoHub is the stronger starting point when a named integration is a buying requirement: its catalog includes tools such as Dropbox, Google Calendar, CubiCasa and Vimeo. Verify the exact workflow rather than assuming a logo means every action is supported.
Watch out for: A long feature list cannot tell you how much configuration your particular operation needs. Ask for an end-to-end demo with your service areas, delivery formats and editor handoff, and obtain a written total price.

Begin with the media company's existing platform. If billing responsibilities are the reason for a change, demo Spiro first. Include Vremly separately when your brokerage operates its own production and capture team.
What we'd do today
- Define agent-paid, company-paid and shared-payment scenarios.
- Ask the media company to run each scenario in a demo.
- Have two agents place orders and inspect the resulting billing records.
Questions
Does the brokerage need its own production software?
Not always. If outside media companies produce the work, consistent ordering and access may be enough.
Can every platform split an invoice the way we need?
Do not assume so. Give the vendor your actual payer arrangement and require a demonstration.
