Compare real estate photography booking tools on availability, service pricing and agent experience.

Full disclosure: We build Vremly. These are editorial recommendations based on published product documentation, not an independent hands-on benchmark. We say when another product is a better fit. An unverified capability is a question for a demo, not a missing-feature claim.

A booking is only useful if the shoot can actually happen

A public time slot is a promise. It needs to account for working hours, existing appointments, the services requested and the person doing the work. The most attractive booking page is a poor investment if someone must call the agent to correct every other order.

Have a regular agent try your sample flow on a phone. Ask them to choose a package, add a service and reschedule. Then inspect the team's calendar and assignment. An easy front end and a viable back end are both required.

Use it as the benchmark when VIP prices, service-specific skills or custom booking windows are central to the operation.

Tonomo combines branded booking pages, scheduling and project delivery. Its public site describes custom pricing rules, photographer recommendations and travel-time visibility.

Tonomo is a strong first choice for evaluation when the bottleneck is coordinating people and complex booking rules. Ask it to demonstrate a skill-specific appointment, a VIP price and a reschedule with your real team constraints.

Watch out for: Do not equate a custom-rule feature with support for every exception in your business. Its quote and a real workflow demo matter more than a headline promise. Integrated property capture should be evaluated separately from order and project management.

2.Spiro

Best for
Selling bundles with predictable job fees
Price
$5 per completed job; standalone delivery pages also count as usage. No advance credits. Confirm currency and separate processing costs.

Its service-bundle approach is worth testing if agents commonly buy photos plus several add-ons. Confirm appointment duration changes when services change.

Spiro is built around the real estate media job: service bundles, scheduling, shoot-day coordination, delivery and client payments. Its published pricing is a flat job fee rather than a percentage of your invoice.

Spiro is a useful cost benchmark when you want a published flat completed-job fee. Compare its $5 job fee with Vremly Free at $0/month plus 3%, or Teams at $99/month plus 1.5%. Annual Teams costs $948/year. Include extras and card fees. Neither model is cheaper for every studio.

Watch out for: Its fee is triggered by completed field jobs and standalone delivery pages, not simply successful payment. Model cancellations, duplicate listings and delivery-only work using its billing rules before assuming every month equals jobs multiplied by five.

Vremly's availability engine uses working hours, project conflicts and external calendar free-busy. Test your actual calendars and the assignment strategy you intend to use.

Vremly connects agent booking with technician assignment and the production pipeline. Its availability engine considers organization hours, individual working hours, project conflicts, and Google and Outlook calendars. Assignment can use availability, proximity or round-robin.

For a company doing its own floor-plan capture, Vremly Scan brings RoomPlan, LiDAR, Leica DISTO and Insta360 capture into the same product family. The production board also supports custom stages and media-specific delivery deadlines.

Watch out for: Vremly is not a substitute for an established listing syndication service. Its native iOS workflow covers booking and capture; delivery and rebooking use the web. Do not choose it expecting native Android parity, enterprise SAML SSO, or a generally available provider marketplace.

Our pick

Start with Tonomo for rule-heavy bookings. For a simpler package catalog, compare Spiro and Vremly on an agent's phone and on the dispatcher calendar before deciding.

What we'd do today

  1. Load a realistic busy week into the demo.
  2. Book a job requiring a specific technician skill and an add-on.
  3. Reschedule it and check every calendar and notification.

Questions

Does calendar sync guarantee no double booking?

Do not assume it does. Test conflicts from each calendar you use, including changes made outside the platform.

What matters more than booking-page design?

Correct availability, clear pricing and a reliable reschedule flow. The page still needs to be understandable on a phone.
